Hex highlights
Whenever a player selects a unit the hexes are highlighted on the map. It is very informative - if you know where to look at.
- Green hexes - where the unit can move this turn.
- Red dots - where the unit can shoot.
- Red hex mark - the targets the unit can shoot from current position.
- Small red rings - where the unit can shoot after it moves closer.
- Dash-lined hex - the targets the unit can shoot after it moves closer.
- Grey hexes - impassable terrain (for this unit).
Hex highlights when enemy unit selected
The same trick works on enemy units too. This allows predicting enemy actions.
Dark-green hexes - where the enemy unit can move.
Red dots, rings and hexes - possible attack zone.
